Losing Pregnancy Weight

You didn't put it on overnight and you won't lose it overnight.  However, you can lose unwanted fat still hanging on from your pregnancy quickly.  First you should consult with your physician, especially if you are nursing.

Your fitness plan should be organized.  Afterall, the difference between a dream and an actual goal is a plan.  This road map should be made on a weekly or monthly basis in advance.  Create it yourself of choose a program like Adventure Boot Camp where a trainer will have a total body conditioning plan customized to your individual needs, variety to keep you interested and a supportive group of women to help you stay motivated.  Your plan should include weight training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility.  To yield even faster results add anaerobic activities such as high intensity interval training, plyometrics and sprinting to your workouts.

Workout to your hearts content, but with out a supportive eating plan your efforts will be in vain.  Enlisting a quality trainer, Adventure Boot Camp Coach, or nutritionist will help you seperate diet hype from real fat loss truths. All calories are not created equal so I wouldn't emphasize a specific caloric intake.  For most postnatal mommies, a menu high in clean proteins, rich with a rainbow of veggies, plus a few small servings of whole grains and skinny fats will help shed jiggle quickly.  What about sugar? Stay away from the stuff.  Ice Cream, Cupcakes, Granola and Candy should be avoided except for a couple of bites on a special holiday.  But sugar hides in many so called healthy things like yogurt, weight loss bars, trail mix and more (equivalent to a candy bar when you pay attention).  Keep your sugar extremely limited and get your daily sweet treats from 1 or 2 servings of low glycemic fruit like berries or green apples each day.  Think of them as nature's candy.

Whether or not you can enlist a trainer, enroll in an Adventure Boot Camp, consult with a dietician or nutritionist on a regular basis is not important but if you lack real knowledge (fake knowledge= crash diets and endless hours on a treadmill) it would be wise for you to seek one of these professional services for at least 4 weeks so you can learn as much as possible.  If you are unable to continue you can apply all of your new found data, techniques, information and moves to life with out your professional helper.
