Your Instructor

Kristi Williams is a certified SuperMommies Fitness Owner/Instructor, certified SCW Pre/Postnatal Specialist, as well as a dedicated mother, wife and healthcare professional. After graduating Tarleton State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, she practices locally as a pediatric nurse. Although health and fitness have always been a passion for Kristi, the birth of her first child inspired her to combine her enthusiasm for physical activity with her love of motherhood. As a busy mother, wife and professional, Kristi fully understands the importance of balancing commitments to family, career and physical fitness into each short day. Therefore, Supermommies Fitness programs are specifically designed to offer moms the essential cardiovascular / weight training, nutritional support and FUN with peers in the extremely limited time they have available at an exceptional value.
