Businesses like "Waist" Watchers and "Penny" Craig are great diet programs.  But as any physician or wellness professional will tell you, exercise is needed to have long term results.  As a woman you lose a large percentage of muscle each year that you age.  Muscle is the biggest calorie burning engine in your body.  If you don't workout you will continue to lose more and more muscle, thus forcing you to be on a diet the rest of your life.  For long-term fitness you must make some small lifestyle changes, like making better eating choices and exercising (including weight training) regularly.  That is why SuperMommies Fitness combines exercise and nutrition support through our fitness trainers and certified nutritionist.
