Pre and Postnatal Fitness

SuperMommies Pre/Posnatal Fitness follows ACOG guidelines for exercise during pregnancy. Each total body 45 minute Pre/Postnatal workout includes a warm-up, low-impact aerobic training and moderate strength training. All fitness levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome. Individual modifications will be made for your comfort level, stage of pregnancy and fitness level. No worries, this is not your typically prenatal exercise program. It is a lot of fun with great music, effective moves and fun with other expectant moms. Infants who are comfortable in their infant carrier are welcome during each class.
